Escalation Path
Most questions can be answered by the content on this site.
If this site cannot answer your questions, please email help@isc.upenn.edu.
For situations that require a more formal response, such as a legal question about a specific vendor relationship, a site presenting significant compliance risk, or a situation with institutional implications beyond a single unit, ISC will appropriately route and engage Penn's Office of General Counsel or the Office of Audit, Compliance, and Privacy if needed.
You don't need to determine whether something rises to that level before reaching out. Describe what you're seeing, and ISC will help you figure out the right path.
Primary ISC Contact
Request Support
Web Compliance Officers are not expected to have all the answers. ISC is here throughout: for onboarding, for questions that come up once you're in the tools, and for the edge cases that don't fit neatly into any guidance document. Here's how to find what you need.
Your primary ISC contact
For questions about the consent management program, OneTrust, Little Forest, or your unit's web property inventory, your first point of contact is: [Kara or help@isc.upenn.edu?]
Office Hours
ISC holds regular open office hours for Web Compliance Officers. These sessions are drop-in: no agenda required. Bring a question about a scan result, a vendor situation you're not sure how to handle, an implementation blocker, or just something you want to think through out loud.
