As the rollout progresses, Web Compliance Officers across Penn will collectively build a body of experience with this program: common vendor situations, implementation patterns that work, and questions that repeatedly come up. ISC will look for ways to share that knowledge across the WCO network, whether through updated documentation, shared examples, or periodic WCO check-ins.
